Company might have 50-100-500 Developers, DBA are 1-10. Most CSR are created at starting point with Developers.
As with current STAT, New CSR Creation, Queue is auto populated as per Alphabetically , as DBA comes before Developers.
Most developers does not want to see DBA Queue auto populate, with DBA Queue Manager name comes in User id.
We are increasing chance of over flooding DBA Queue with wrongly created CSR, as it defaults to DBA as well, and if Developers Saves it allows them to Save.
They find CSR missing in own Queue, after save and its late to wonder its moved to somewhere else.
With 500-1000 developers , it would be better if we make that mandatory like all other field you have, with Drop down going fine. But do not Auto Populate the values for Name and Queue field in New CSR.
