Please references SR #3881409. I was asked to create an "idea" after submitting a SR for help with the configuration of the cobol compile feature in STAT. This feature doesn't work properly as the file permission are not set correctly, the file produced contains unwanted characters and the feature itself is dated and unusable for modern PeopleSoft setups on UNIX systems.
