We are looking to add following values to capture Type of work (in some other field on CSR template).
We would like to add the new field "like drop down" , the field should be optional on CSR template.
In CSR creation process Developer will select the field and the associate value when they create the CSR in STAT.
Example of field.
Name: ‘Type of work’
Values:
Defect Fix
Enhancement
New functionality
New Process
Service Improvement
Let me know if we can do it on CSR template or any suggestion to achieve this?
