It would be nice to add criteria to the Search Criteria using Stat Web. It would also be nice if the Search on Stat Web only searched the Service Domains that are assigned to the user and not all of the Service Domains (could also include inactive domains). The CSR Search Wizard in Stat Windows allows for criteria and checks for the user's Service Domain access.
Notification that there could be more items found than the 500 using the Search would also be helpful.
