I'm new to the tool. This question is regarding approval email. Below is the scenario:
I have multiple secondary account for different use and anyone from team can do secondary account password reset. That is, when someone ask for password reset a autogenerated email gets triggered to the account owner and account owner must approve this to reset the password. However, when the owner didn't approve ( on click of URL link received in the email) then another auto generated email must get triggered to owner's manager.
What is the step by step approach to implement this workflow using quest ARS?
