It would be nice to have a table that stores what hot fixes were applied to the Stat application. Similar to what PeopleSoft does when patches and fixes are applied.
When using the Sync feature in Stat User Maintenance screen, all users appear in the window to be selected (Inactive as well as Active).
I think that it would be helpful to have a set of 3 radio buttons: Active, Inactive, All.

STAT Notifications should have a feature to send links/URLs to the direct CSR Approval form. When clicked on Users or Approvers, it should - after login - take them to the page where they can approve or take action on.
