Spotlight version 12.4 Cannot apply License

I recently upgraded to Spotlight 12.4 and the GUI is not allowing me to apply my current license.

How should I proceed?

    We're not aware of any issues related to the Values field in version 12.4. Please keep in mind that the Values field is only available for a subset of alarms, one of them being the 'Database Backup - Days Since Last Full Backup' alarm.

    If the Values field is still not enabled when customizing this alarm, then it's best to contact our support team.
