Some of this can be answered by Dell and Some would be nice if answered by Real Users.
I know someone doing hard research on backup solutions and is trialing this. His big points are speed that replication can occur over to another site(has a fiber 100mbps dedicated) and customer service clarity and quality of the customer service representatives. I have had my share of Appassure problems. Alot of performance issues since 2013 and a corrupted repository. I haven't yet updated to Rapid Replication. Appassure 5.4.3 has been working pretty stable and well this last year. Can any Users give me an honest opinion on their experience with Rapid Recovery. It is hard to find any current posts on the Internet pertaining to User experiences with Rapid Recovery. I know Every month when Rollups are done my replications will be in the cue for about 12 hours waiting for completion.
What is the future of Rapid Recovery.- Was it sold off to another Software company?
Are any of the performance issues addressed in Rapid Recovery from Appassure?
How is support currently when calling in?-My experience is very mixed in this regard, but haven't called recently.
Will support be restructured anytime soon or will it remain the same?
