I set up a LAB environment with Rapid Recovey and some VMs in ESXi for backup and restore tests and, even though VMTools is installed and updated on some Windows machines, I receive this alert in the Rapid Recovery tool and the VM turns Orange:
snapshots may just be consistent with failure because wmware tools are not running on the virtual machine or are out of date - fast recovery
Has anyone ever caught this case?
