Can you use a 10GB virtual NIC between the Rapid Recovery core and the Hyper-v Host

I have a DELL VRTX server with two modules. The Rapid Recovery Core is running on one module in a VM with the data repository, and I am exporting to a second module on the same VRTX. Can you use a 10GB virtual NIC between the Rapid Recovery core and the Hyper-v Host module for faster data transfer performing a export? Can you force it to use only the Virtual 10 GB NIC.
