DR6300 - CentOS root volume full - How to resolve?

Our DR6300 prompted a file integrity check at about 130TB worth it took a long time. Went to check on it and it had crashed. Rebooted it but no network, logged in locally via the iDRAC and there is a slew of errors during the boot up where the OS is out of storage space. Our OS is on a pair of 300GB SAS disks in RAID 1 in the rear two slots.

Can't enable the root account - Just says no.

None of the quest CLI commands do anything to get into the Centos underlay.

Can't start any services.

Running out of options now apart from hoping I can extract the license detail and rebuild the thing
