The following curriculums were recently released:
- QoreStor is Quest's new Software Defined Secondary Storage platform that went live in June. August brought yet another release, version 5.0 which provided added Rapid CIFS and Rapid NFS support, container-based replication, large deployment (360 TiB), Global View Cloud, and increased DMA support. Both Sales and Presales training were updated in August to reflect the 5.0 additions.
- KACE SDA accelerates the initial provisioning and ongoing administration of system images, ensuring your connected systems remain up to date and secure. In August, we released a more robust and redesigned KACE SDA sales curriculum with updates for the major release v6 that offers improved usability and performance. The presales curriculum was updated in July.
- Free Customer WBT Program: Continue to check out this new program launched on March 20, 2018, as additional courses are added on an ongoing basis. The traction from customers on this no-cost, self-paced, web-based training has been excellent. Extend this same benefit to your customers for many of the Quest Data Protection and KACE products they own (provided they're current on maintenance)! This is a great opportunity to sweeten any Quest offers with training that will help your customers increase productivity and maximize their return on investment. To learn more Click here.

- Look for a series of QoreStor v5 implementation level web-based training courses throughout September and October. They will be part of a new partner QoreStor implementation level certification.
- NetVault Backup v12 was a major release offering improved scalability during VMware backups, application-aware storage snapshot support, QoreStor repository integration, a new catalog search engine to speed recoveries and a number of user interface enhancements designed to improve administrator productivity. NetVault Backup 12.1 is estimated to follow in September with highlights being new backup-as-a-service functionality for use in managed service environments, support for MS Office 365 including an updated MS Exchange Plug-in, plus a new plug-in for Office 365 Exchange online mailbox protection, updates to NetVault's single sign-on and client push install capabilities, and the delivery of an updated plug-in for VMware with improved scalability featuring advanced load balancing for distributed backup jobs. Look for a new 12.1 product release update course in September and updated 12.x administration level course modules rolling out incrementally over the next few months. - KACE SMA offers a single point for managing a multitude of company assets. KACE SMA v9 was released in late August adding many marketable enhancements, including the following top requests:
- Service Desk, Assets, & Inventory/Agent Dashboards
- Automated Service Desk Ticketing
- Software License Harvest Assistance
- Expanded HW warranty support
- Printer Management Templates
- Agent relay tunnel
- IT Process Automation
- Common Task Calendar
- Multiple Console Themes.
