- Rapid Recovery 6.2 was recently released offering granular Oracle support, Core integration with QorePortal, GDPR compliance, and application support for agentless protection.
- The supporting presales curriculum was updated to support this release.
- The administration/implementation curriculum was fully redesigned and updated.
- KACE Cloud MDM offers secure management of mobile devices, both BYO and company provided. New presales curriculum was added to support this offering.
- New customer offering: Extend a benefit to your customers and prospects with no-cost, self-paced, web-based training for many of the Quest Data Protection and KACE products they own (provided they’re current on maintenance). This is a great opportunity to sweeten any Quest offers with training that will help them increase productivity and maximize their return on investment. Learn more.

- NetVault Backup V12 is a major release offering improved scalability during VMware backups, application-aware storage snapshot support, QoreStor repository integration, a new catalog search engine to speed recoveries and a number of user interface enhancements designed to improve administrator productivity. The NetVault Backup Presales curriculum is being updated to reflect these changes.
- QoreStor, which is Quest’s brand new Software Defined Secondary Storage platform, will be launching soon. To assist our partners with selling activities, we will be releasing new sales and presales curricula. Stay tuned for more details.
- KACE SDA 6.0 is a major release, offering improved usability and performance. The KACE SDA Sales and Presales curriculum is being updated to highlight these changes.
- KACE SMA offers a single point for managing a multitude of company assets. We will be adding to the KACE SMA Implementation level track with new curriculum on Performing Distributions, and Reporting and Notifications.
