If customers want to renew their perpetual Toad licenses, please submit POs and inquiries to customersupportrenewals@quest.com and proceed as usual.

If the customer has Term licenses, and would like to renew, please reach out directly to the designated Toad account manager. Toad account managers are the main point of contact for new licenses and general Toad questions. When submitting a PO for Term Renewals, you can also just send it to the Toad account manager.
