Beginning this quarter (Q3 FY19), Quest has implemented a rebate payment minimum of USD 100. In some cases, we've heard that the bank service fees associated with these payments are more than the payment itself. If the total of all applicable rebate programs in the quarter are less than USD 100, no payment will be made. Nor will sub-USD 100 earned rebates roll over into future quarters. This action will be a savings for Quest and its partners in administrative efforts as well as banking fees.
