Device Agent Service URL and Auth Key missing

Hi,

I have setup new environment and configured 1 device to match and map in the ODM, I have license that is T5, all the configuration is set as per Quest KB and documents, however when I go to Downloads and check for Device Agent Service URL and Auth Key it is missing from the portal. Any info on this what could it be?

  • Thank you so much Becky and I take the resource processing feature in the ODM is not there because of same reason? I will go to my reseller as they have capability to raise the ticket on our behalf and how long does it take to enable both the ODM Resource Processing and Desktop URL settings? Kind Regards, Jimmy
