I've checked all possible KB articles I found on the forum and haven't found any solution. And yes, I have IPv6 enabled. Help-me please!

  • Hi Gabriel,

This issue may also occur if the directory sync agent service account UPN is not valid for the given Active Directory domain that the agent is connecting to. To resolve this, ensure that the UPN is valid for the domain that the agent is connecting to.

You can try and specify the UPN as domain\username or username@domain.com

If this does not resolve the issue I would suggest creating a Service Request so one of our engineers can help troubleshoot. A Service Request can be created on the following page:

    support.quest.com/create-service-request

    Or by calling: 1-800-306-9329
