Active Directory Inter-forest Migration With Office 365 Hybrid Tenant to Office 365 Hybrid Tenant Migration

Hi, 
 
 We have scenario where we need to do active directory Inter-forest migration with Office 365 Hybrid Tenant to Office 365 Hybrid Tenant Migration 
 
 Contoso has been acquired by fabrikam.com. we have 2 Forest contoso.com and fabrikam.com, both the forest has Office 365 Tenant in Hybrid mode. There is very few mailboxes in Contoso hybrid environment. 
 
 now Contoso.com forest active directory and Office 365 Tenant workload (Exchange, Skype, OneDrive, SharePoint, Team, Planner, Yammer) need to migrate fabrikam.com forest and Office 365 Tenant. Contoso has on premise share point farm which also need to move fabrikam.com. We are proposing quest migration manager for active directory and On demand migration for Office 365 Tenant workload migration. we need following information to build flow for migration.

Is on demand migration support Hybrid environment for Office 365 Tenant to tenant migration 
 Is on demand migration support for skype and teams and SharePoint online co-existence 
 Is on demand migration support for teams, SharePoint online, planner and yammer migration 
 Is on demand migration support for address re-write feature 
 Is on demand migration support for address office 365 domain move 
 Is on demand migration support for migrate office 365 groups 
 How migration manager for active directory will help for clear immutable ID for Groups 
 Shall we go with single phase migration for active directory and Office 365 Tenant migration or Phase 1 active directory migration and phase 2 for Office 365 Tenant migration

 Thanks for posting to the Quest On Demand forum. I understand you have questions related to a migration scenario where you need to migrate both Active Directory objects and perform an Office 365 Hybrid Tenant to Office 365 Hybrid Tenant Migration. 
 
 1. Is on demand migration support Hybrid environment for Office 365 Tenant to tenant migration 
 
 Yes, On Demand Migration (ODM) supports migrating from a hybrid source to a hybrid target. However, this project may also need to be accompanied by Migration Manager for Active Directory depending on the scope of the Active Directory portion of the migration. 
 
 2. Is on demand migration support for skype and teams and SharePoint online co-existence 
 
 Currently, ODM does not provide support for Skype or Teams. However, migrated users can use their new target credentials to access source SharePoint data with On Demand Migration (ODM)'s resource processing feature. 
 
 3. Is on demand migration support for teams, SharePoint online, planner and yammer migration 
 
 Not at this time. 
 
 4. Is on demand migration support for address re-write feature 
 
 Not currently, but this feature is coming in the very near future. 
 
 5. Is on demand migration support for address office 365 domain move 
 
 No, ODM does not move the domain and/or MX records. This will need to be done outside of ODM using native Office 365 tools. 
 
 6. How migration manager for active directory will help for clear immutable ID for Groups
