This report lists people/accounts in your Office 365 tenant that have Global Administrator rights. A security/compliance person can check this report to ensure no additional administrators have been added that shouldn’t have been.

Who are the global admins in my organization?
You can quickly see if you have too few/many global admin users. You can also see their email addresses, if you want to contact them about a certain incident or policy, etc.
