Quest tool error with site url

Question

Hi All, 
 We are trying to migrate the lotus notes databases to sharepoint online and while configuring the sharepoint site url in the quest tool getting the error "The request failed with http status 403 forbidden". 
 Please help us on this issue and let me know if you need any information.

Have you installed the Windows Identity Foundation on the Migrator for Notes to SharePoint server? This is required when migrating to Office 365.

I do not seen an open Service request with your name associated to if for Migrator for Notes to SharePoint. 
 
The number I provided was the US support number if you are not in the US you will need to use the number for your region which can be located on our Support Website: support.software.dell.com/.../contact-technical-support

Hi Kumar, 
 
I was thinking about the 403 error more and it is possible that the following steps could help with this: 
 
1. Open the MNSP designer, 
2. Click Options at the bottom 
3. Select the SharePoint tab 
4. Click the Settings button 
5. Make sure Force cookies to expire is checked and enter 1440 in the text box 
6. Click OK to close the open windows and return to the job
