Quest tool error with site url

Hi All,

We are trying to migrate the lotus notes databases to sharepoint online and while configuring the sharepoint site url in the quest tool getting the error "The request failed with http status 403 forbidden".

Please help us on this issue and let me know if you need any information.

    I have created service request with the suggested url and please help how to check my ticket status? Also, I am unable connect on the number 1-800-306-9329
