I am using MNE. I am able to convert NSF into PST, but with a large NSF, the converted PST splits into several PST. Is there any option that I can create a single PST for a single NSF file.

There is a setting that controls what size the PST splits into additional files. So you can increase the size of the PSTs. But PSTs have a max USABLE size. So depending on the size of the source data you may have not choice but to have several PSTs
