Quest AD sync - information required

If users one of attribute is updated in source domain then QMM delta sync intiate all attributes update for the perticular user. I think it should only sync the perticular attribute and all attributes. 

Please confirm if its standard beheviour? 

QUest MMAD version (8.14) installed on Windows 2016 server.

    This statement is only true if there is a mis-configuration. This should only be true for a full sync. 

    1. There is not a preferred DC/GC set for the source (and target) domain in the agent manager configuration. This is a required configuration that is commonly missed. 
    2. If the above is proper set, then source domain account in the domain pair, does not hold the proper permissions.

    My guess is that your issue is #1 above. But if you actually have them set and you are still seeing the issue, then check for #2

    Migration Manager for AD directory sync is a true attribute level sync when in delta operation. Without a set DC (#1 above), the source DC will be selected by the standard election process and if the DC is not the SAME as the DC used during the full sync, the last seen USN will not be the same. This will cause a new full sync to be processed.
