Failed to start processing: there are currently no logon servers avaialble to service the logon request

Get thi error when RUM processing a single workstation. All ports are open. Agent installed just prior to Processing task. Services verified running, Thoughts?

Do you have domain credentials setup for both source and target domains in your RUM console?

Ensure there are administrator account credentials for both source and target domains in the Domain Credentials Manager.

Add both FQDN and NEtBIOS to the domain user credentials under the "Domain Credentials Manager". This may avoid authentication issues resulting from different environmental authentication configurations.

For example,

user@sourceDomain.domain.com

sourceDomain\user

user@targetDomain.domain.com

targetDomain\user
