If the "Automatically delete users after analysis has run" option is enabled when running the Orphaned Domain Users analysis report, it will give you the option to either select or deselect the Delete SharePoint Alerts and Delete My Site options. In addition to that, ControlPoint will automatically create a Delete User Permission job, which will delete the user entries from the site collection. The job will run 30 minutes after the Orphaned Domain Users analysis report has been completed so you may edit the scheduled job, as needed. For additional information, please refer to the following:
