location of log file of Metalogix Content Matrix

Hello Bryan,

By Default they are stored in C:\Users\XXXXX\AppData\Roaming\Metalogix in each folder of the edition used in .LST files which are SQLCE.

The default name is JobHistory.LST

Thanks for the response. By the way i have already located that file, i just wanted to ask what specific application will we use to be able to load that .lst file properly. Actually we have tried opening it using text editors (notepad, wordpad, notepad ++), excel, but it seems its not displaying correctly as it shows some special characters and xml codes once displayed. Also its not in coreect format. Please advise.

The file is a SQL Compact Edition file, you may be able to find a SQL Compact Edition file viewer online.

What most of our client that want better 'access' to the logging 'differently' will set Content Matrix to using full version of SQL Server as it may be considered easier to view the tables.  Also, SQL CE has a 4 GB limit on the size of the database.
