How to correct/modify links/URLs inside individual documents and files in target site's (SharePoint Online-O365) libraries during or after migration from SP2010 on premise?

I am working on migrating a SP2010 on premise site collection to SharePoint Online (O365).

 

In Content Matrix (SharePoint Edition), is there the option to correct/find & replace URLs/links ‘inside’ individual documents/files (in document libraries) and list items?

The ‘Link Correction’ option seems to not correct links at document/file/item level. Is there another option/settings in the tool that corrects/modified links inside documents and list items?
