What happens after the License Valid Date, is a new license key required for a renewed license or will the same key be used?

    Hi Guy,

     

    If the license key is no longer valid, you will need to contact Sales or your account manager in order to renew it. They may assign you a new license key at that time or update your current key with the renewal information.

    Thanks Eliza.

    We will obviously renew the licence before the current key expires, and have requested quotes for this.

    But we would like to know whether or not we will have to physically update the key on the server, so that we can plan the activity in as required.

    Hello Guy,

     

    In regards to the license key it's self, this will be the same key. However, you will need to reactivate the license key on the server which the tool was installed at that time.
