Trying to add/invite a coworker to be able to open/manage support casesq

how do I allow my coworker to have access/updates to our support cases with his own account?

    Your co-worker can create an account on the Metalogix Customer Portal and specify your company name (Tessy Plastics) so our Customer Care Team could add him/her to the same account. It will give him/her access/visibility to the company's support cases.
