Which Metalogix products do you wish to move to the new environment? You should be able to install the tool(s) to your new environment and re-active the licenses from there.

Thanks for getting back to me. We have Control Point and Content Matrix running on a 3-server 2013 farm, are migrating to a 4-server MinRole topography 2016 farm, and I am wanting to make sure I don't muck anything up Metalogix-wise.

After you complete your migration to the new environment, you should be able to re-install ControlPoint and Content Matrix. I would just make sure to not delete any of the content databases for ControlPoint/Content Matrix. If you have any issues re-activating your licenses, please let us know so we can assist you during that time.
