Here is what happens:

On Source Site Collection we have list with Title “Innovation Meetings” with custom field

Source list field

Id: f6737d18-f413-47df-a028-f07e7d2d8f94

StaticName: ExpirationDate

DisplayName: Expiration Date

Type: DateTime

and many more custom fields

When list is migrated all custom fields except the one mentioned above are migrated correctly

Instead of this 1 field above we remarked 2 additional fields – those do not exist in source list (it looks Metalogix mixed up things during migration):
