I Need to migrate the OnPremise MySites and other Site Collections to SharePoint Online, how can I do this the fastest way ? I have tested it with a Site Collection of 150 MB and it took me approx 30 mins. How can I migrate approx 800 GB the fastest way to SharePointOnline ?

I would recommend to review this article. It may help if you would like to speed up the process with migrating to O365 from onprem.
