I am trying to migrate a site from SP 2007 to 2013. since its a site in 2007 promoted to a site collection in 2013, permissions do not come over fully.
earlier version had an option of migrating just the permissions ( which I used to do after migrating the content) , I recently upgraded to the latest version of Content Matrix and that option is gone. The option used to be under Paste site content > paste permissions
