What is the minimum requirements to run Content Matrix on a SharePoint 2013 Farm?

This is for a SharePoint 2013 Farm, hosted on Windows 2008 R2 Enterprise x64. I need to know if .NET Framework v4.5 and TLS 1.0 Encryption is enough for the tool to run properly. Thanks.

    Hi Cyrus, thanks for your answer! Just to confirm, if we keep TLS 1.0 alive, and disable TLS 2.0 and 3.0, this won’t affect Content Matrix right? As long as 1.0 is there. Thanks!
