Email attachment icon disappears when an archived email is opened and closed. The attachment is still there when you reopen however the outlook client doesn't show the attachment icon in the email list. Macro is turned on. Any ideas?

Thanks for the information. We did check to see if this was happening on another machine. And it was not. It is something about her new machine. I have made sure the macro’s are turned on which fixed the attachments disappearing totally. Now it is just the attachments icon (the paperclip) themselves that are disappearing. Very strange .
