Hello Christoph,
Just a quick question to get a bit more information.
> Can each location be accessed from other locations? For example, can the user access his archived data from the new location he has moved to even though his archive is at the old location?
Below are a few options to consider:
Option 1 –
If moving to the new location still allows the user to access their data, the best recommendation would be to continue to archive the user's mailbox using the server in the other location.
Option 2 –
If you would like to archive data for this user at the new location instead, you will have to deactivate the user's mailbox in Archive Manager at the old location and then add the user to be archived on the server in the new location. This will allow the archive server at the new location to archive the user's mailbox, however this will result in some of the user’s data being at the first location and some at the new.
Kind Regards
