The search function in the web portal doesn't work. It says internal server error.

    Hello Mr. Gallagher,

     

    please verify if all our services are running (starting with MAM). Focus on the MAM Search service which should be running on the Metalogix server.

     

     

    The service should always run under the SU account used for the archiving.
