Can we create groups by ourselves? And if so is it possible to make them only visible to employees so we could we use them for team communication?

Hi Lisa.
You can request a private group to be created to our team. You can open a ticket in Oasis for this.

I would like to add that any private groups we create be about the community, blog, or one of those topics. If you are looking to share files or collaborate internally on something else, PM me and we can talk some more. :)
