Enterprise Reporter using NTLM

Our server team is detecting a large amount of NTLM traffic between nodes and Enterprise Reporter. Our company requires an exception for NTLM. Is this something that can be turned off or adjusted?

    (just a thought) sometimes, NTLM and Kerberous might depend on the lower level of authentication in Windows OS level and not in software Product level (on top of Windows OS). Unless the NTLM authentication is "hardcoded" into the product code somehow...
