What information are you wanting to retrieve about/from these *unix machines? Enterprise Reporter should find and collect some limited information from Active Directory about Linux/Unix machines which have a computer account. Some share and File/Folder information may also be retrieved assuming Windows compatibility is enabled with SAMBA/SMB, however, there is no official support for *unix machines in ER.
