Looking for a report to list all ESX Hosts and IPs in a datacenter, then export to CSV file

Hi Cindy, This is pretty simple and I hope the following helps.  In Report Manager click on My Reports and then Create (right click Create) which will open a Create Report Definition.  Put in a Report Name such as Names and IPs and then click on Fields.  Click in the box that states Select a report type.  A drop down box appears and click on the arrow next to Computer to expand the types.  Click on Addresses as this type contains the addresses, IP4 and IP6 for the systems.  You will see that three fields are placed in the right side as preselected fields.  You can add other such as NetBIOS name, etc.  If you scroll down in the left available fields you will see that Address is further defined and can be added to the Selected Fields for fine tuning (not needed at this point).  Next click on Parameters and add some parameters for the report.  I would suggest Domain and Computers.  For the Computer parameter properties I would suggest you select "Includes" as this will allow you to select more than one computer at a time.  At this point you can click on the OK button as the report will be formatted for CSV only.  You can then give it a test and modify the report/CSV to meet your needs.
