Issue in adding Manager LDAP parameter

Hi All,

I am having problem creating a parameter. I am trying to create a report for all service accounts that have no Description and no Manager.

The LDAP attribute of Manager is Manager but in ER I can only see Managed By and not Manager, I thought 'Managed By' will work but it is not showing anything in the report.

If I need to include the Manager field to include in the report, what is the way ?

Thanks,
Parents
  • Our Managed By field is the Manager attribute. It is just the name that is different. Please ensure you are adding the correct Managed By field for the Domain User. There is also a managed by field available for the domain itself, domain computers and domain groups.
In the 3.0 release build I did confirm that when the Manager attribute is set for a domain user, Enterprise Reporter is correctly collecting this value and storing in our Managed By field.

If you are still experiencing issues please contact your support rep.
    Thank you.
