Issue in adding Manager LDAP parameter

Hi All,

I am having problem creating a parameter. I am trying to create a report for all service accounts that have no Description and no Manager.

The LDAP attribute of Manager is Manager but in ER I can only see Managed By and not Manager, I thought 'Managed By' will work but it is not showing anything in the report.

If I need to include the Manager field to include in the report, what is the way ?

Thanks,
Parents
  • hi Angela,

Thanks for your reply, actually I was getting 'Managed By' attribute in AD Discovery but what I meant was the I need to populate 'Manager' attribute from AD but there is no Manager attribute coming to ER instead there is 'Managed By' only.

I thought that 'Managed By' in ER is equal to Manager in AD but that is not the case and I have verified it by doing tests.

So is there a way to report Manager attribute in ER !?!?
