Custom Report Request

I am looking for a report that will show the following:

Server Name

Share Name

Folder Name

Last Date Modified

Size

Number of Files

Number of Folders

Quota Settings (if possible)

 

For example:

Server Name  Share Name Folder Name Last Date Modified Size Number of Files Number of Folders Quota Settings
HZNDOCF1  Shared DOC-EMR 4/10/2013 10:37:15 AM  801 MB 2136 291 0

    Hi, yes I have run both the NTFS and File Storage discoveries.
    I am looking for the report to show the folders underneath the "Concord" Share, for example. There are folders within the share called "DCC-Administrators", "DCC-Calumet" etc. I need to be able to see those folders and their sizes as well.
