Custom Report Request

I am looking for a report that will show the following:

Server Name

Share Name

Folder Name

Last Date Modified

Size

Number of Files

Number of Folders

Quota Settings (if possible)

 

For example:

Server Name  Share Name Folder Name Last Date Modified Size Number of Files Number of Folders Quota Settings
HZNDOCF1  Shared DOC-EMR 4/10/2013 10:37:15 AM  801 MB 2136 291 0

    Hello,
    Unfortunately, Quota Settings are not collected. Last Date Modified is possible but would require a complex custom query report. If you need it, please, let me know.
    In the meantime here is a simple report that has all the data you need except Last Date Modified and Quota Settings:
