We are looking for a report that lists the probable owner of a group based on maximum number of users managed in that group. So for instance, if a group has 10 users, and 8 of those users have the same "manager" listed, then that user would be the probable owner of the group. The calculation of probable owner should include nested members as well as direct members. Ideally the group would report back the listed managedby, the probable owner and whether either the managedby or probable owner are enabled/disabled. Additionally the report would provide the ability to filter on empty groups.
