Internet Connection Lost and it returns after disabling coordinator

Good afternoon.

We have verified that the machine where the Change Auditor coordinator is installed (Quest Change Auditor 7.04 - Windows Server 2019) suddenly loses the internet connection.

We tried disabling the Firewall and the antivirus; the problem persists.

After enabling the FW and antivirus again, we proceed to disable the Change Auditor Coordinator and the connection returns. If we enable the coordinator again, everything continues working normally.

Apparently the problem is located in the coordinator.

Any ideas about this issue?
