Administrator Option is not greyed out ( not highlighted ) when I connected to Archive DB thru the client. Here is the attached image.
Can anyone tell me why it is disabled and how can we enable it?

Is the account you are logged into the client with a member of the Change Auditor Administrators group?
And/or, have you done any customization of administrative privileges assignment in the product?

No, we haven't done any customization. We just created a new profile to access the archive DB.
and regarding your first question, account which I logged in means QMSQLCLUSER ?
how to check whether this account is a member of Change Auditor Administrators group. If it is not then how to assign it?

The account I have logged into the client is a member of the Change Auditor Administrators group.
The administrator Option is enabled for the coordinator but when I am connecting to the Archive DB, the administrator option is not highlighted.
