Thunderbird Import Greyed Out – Could This Be a Bug?

Hi all,

I have multiple MBOX files that I need to import into Thunderbird, but the import option is greyed out. I updated Thunderbird, reinstalled ImportExportTools NG, and even tried using an older version, but the issue remains. Could this be a known bug?

Rather than waiting for a fix, I used SysTools Thunderbird Import Wizard, and it imported my emails without any hassle. If you’re in the same boat, this tool makes it easy to import MBOX to Thunderbird. Anyone else experiencing this problem?
