This year’s awards were presented to public and private sector information technology professionals who made outstanding contributions to the government IT community in 2004.
Garver was recognized for his thorough understanding of the unique requirements of the government marketplace, for spearheading the development of innovative solutions for government customers and for the outstanding strides made by Quest’s public sector business.
